We are seeking Care Access Pros across the country. You will be covering appointments in your home city and surrounding hour radius. Qualified candidates will have the desire to provide quality, comprehensive care in our members’ homes, must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with medical professionals, tech savvy, and ensure administrative documentation is completed per company guidelines.

 

Work Requirements

 

 This is a 1099 Contract role. We seek professionals who communicate clearly and effectively; can travel to members' homes in a one hour radius of their home; complete preventive screening(s); and deliver in-home collection kits.  Reliable transportation required. If you are committed to getting the job done, helping people, and thinking outside the box, this may be the job for you!

 

Minimum Qualification

-High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

-Committed to excellence

-Valid driver's license with a fairly clean driving record

-Ability to communicate effectively

-Reliable transportation
