Position Summary

 

HealPros is looking for an individual with a passion for solving complex problems while providing best in class service to HealPros clients. You will use your dedicated customer focus, creative problem solving, and exceptional attention to detail when working directly with the nation's leading health plans to facilitate health screenings. Our clients will look to you and the data analysis you provide to drive strategic planning and implementation in order to achieve their STAR/HEDIS measure goals. You will serve as a liaison between our clients and other HealPros departments. You will work closely with HealPros leadership and other teams to constantly innovate and develop processes that increase productivity and efficiency. The ability to provide strategic guidance, handle large national accounts, coordinate projects, and facilitate cross-functional communication is a must in this fast-paced role. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is dedicated to creating the best experience for our clients and ensuring success with their members.

Role and General Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to clients (health plans) and members via concise and timely email and phone communication
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all client matters, including escalated questions and concerns related to the program
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the company and collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success

·         Prepare and present timely and accurate client reporting, including data analysis of HealPros initiatives and KPIs

  • Lead weekly client meetings, including delivery of follow up items
  • Develop processes to streamline projects or functions in the Programs department
  • Foster and model the HealPros culture that supports our core values: Make a Difference, Own It, Measure Success, Embrace Change

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

§   Bachelor's degree

§   Sense of ownership and attention to detail - Own your projects end-to-end with limited oversight

§   3-5 years of experience in related field: healthcare, program management, client management or project management

§   Experience working with large nationwide insurance companies; multiple lines of business preferred

  • Detail-oriented with experience creating and maintaining detailed records for ongoing analytics, troubleshooting, problem solving and customer support
  • Ability to use MS office suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as G-Suite at an intermediate level
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
