Position Summary

 

HealPros is looking for an individual with a passion for solving complex problems while providing best in class service to HealPros clients. The ability to provide strategic guidance, coordinate projects and facilitate cross-functional communication is a must in this fast-paced role. A smart, self-starter who knows program management and how to design programs to support the growth of HealPros as a top brand in the healthcare field.

For this role, we are looking for someone who knows how to anticipate the clients’ needs, respond quickly, and is always looking for opportunities to improve how we operate.  This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter with a vision for best practice in program management.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to clients (health plans), customers (members) and providers (physicians)
  • Assist clients and customers with all escalated questions and concerns by phone and in writing
  • Develop processes to streamline projects or functions in the program department
  • Provide guidance for the preparation of correspondence with clients, customers (members), and providers, that is accurate, timely, and expresses the company’s position with respect to a variety of issues
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting
  • Onsite delivery of annual client performance and areas of opportunity 
  • Prepare for and lead weekly client meetings, including delivery of follow up items
  • Foster and model the HealPros culture that supports our core values of Member First, No Excuses, No Blame, Metrics Matter, and Constant Innovation
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

§   Bachelor's degree

§   2-4 years’ experience in related field: program management, client management or project management

§   Experience working in healthcare a plus

  • Energetic, self-starter with demonstrated ability to define best practice, lead change and execute in a timely manner
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various projects simultaneously to drive timely results
  • Demonstrated expertise in process management
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills: verbal, written, and telephonic
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to make recommendations based on data
  • Detail-oriented with experience creating and maintaining detailed records and file organization for ongoing analytics, troubleshooting, problem solving and customer support
  • Experience at intermediate level using MS office suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
