HealPros is looking for a Field Technologist Manager to be based out of our corporate office in Buckhead, GA. The Field Technologist Manager will manage a team of remote Retinal Imaging Field Technologists who are based in various locations throughout the United States.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and support a team of 10-15 remote Retinal Imaging Field Technologists
• Help recruit and create a high performing team that delivers the best possible client service and patient experience
• Lead, manage and inspire the team of technologists to achieve goals and deliver the highest patient engagement
• Address all customer and employee issues
• Be directly involved in defining and ensuring the service results by coordinating the field technologists’ activities
• Adopt new technology and tools to support the highest quality images and service delivery

Requirements:

• Prior experience leading a remote field team
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer service
• Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
