Overview:

HealPros is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk to be based onsite in the Buckhead, GA office 25 hours per week.

The Accounting Clerk will provide financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

 

Primary Duties:

  • Assist and complete all AP invoice transactions in a timely manner
  • Ensure all invoices have proper approval with proper coding
  • Reconcile vendor invoices
  • Maintain all AP reports both in the accounting software and in manual excel reporting
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic files maintaining the integrity of information
  • Assists in monthly closings
  • Prepare analysis of accounts, as required
  • Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Help with occasional human resources administrative duties and other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of general accounting experience, restaurant experience preferred
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • An analytical mind with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results and deadline driven
  • Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced, changing deadlines, and balancing multiple projects
  • Able to work independently and multi-task while being productive and timely
  • High level of organizational skill
