HealPros has an opening for a Client Account Manager. The role is a true complex client relationship/account management position which requires analyzing data and to make strategic recommendations to clients, as well as managing client projects and ensuring the highest success for our existing client base. *This is not a sales position.*  As a Client Account Manager, you will work directly with the nation's leading health plans to facilitate health screenings. Your role requires close customer focus, creative problem solving, and close attention to detail. Our clients will look to you and the data analysis you provide to drive strategic planning and implementation in order to achieve their STAR/HEDIS measure goals. You will serve as a liaison between our clients and other HealPros departments. Internally, you will work closely with leadership and other teams to constantly innovate and develop processes that drive productivity and efficiency.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Provide exceptional customer service to HealPros’ clients (health plans/physician     groups/insurance companies)

·         Analyze client data and report key findings to client base

·         Develop positive working relationships with clients at all levels

·         Strategize and implement business strategies

·         Drive client retention, renewals, and expansions

·         Resolve client issues or escalate as needed to enhance client satisfaction

·         Prepare and present client insights reporting, including data analysis of HealPros’ initiatives

·         Collaborate with the HealPros Technology and Operations teams to drive requirements of   client process enhancement and HealPros’ business development

·         Interface with the HealPros Sales team to expand client business, connect with key contacts,   and further grow client base

·         Assist with implementation and on boarding of client expansions

·         Support local market (client) satisfaction to ensure success and growth

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         2-3 yrs. experience in account management

·         Experience working in the healthcare industry in a similar role- preferred

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Moderate Excel experience

·         Proficient in Microsoft and Google products

·         CRM experience preferred

·         Knowledge of healthcare systems preferred

·         Must have references available upon request
