YOUR ROLE:

The Equipment and Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the acquisition, maintenance, and tracking of all equipment and inventory within our organization. This role ensures that resources are available when needed, properly maintained, and efficiently utilized to support daily operations. The manager will coordinate inventory control processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and optimize stock levels to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency. Equipment and Operations Coordinator will achieve this by creating and following successful workflows, processes and active management of all resources. Equipment and Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the following functions and other duties as assigned. This serves as a guide for the position but is not meant to document all duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory system for all equipment and supplies. Ensure that inventory levels are optimized to meet operational needs without overstocking or running out of items necessary for day-to-day operations.
  • Equipment Subject Matter Expert (SME): Learn and become the SME for the equipment operations uses in the field to ensure all equipment is in good working order and replacements are expedited.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Establish a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and ensure any necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inventory usage, equipment life cycles, and cost. Provide regular reports on inventory levels, usage trends and forecasts.
  • Logistics and Distribution: Oversee the distribution of equipment to various departments or job sites, ensuring that items are properly tracked and returned when no longer needed in the field.
  • Manage Kit Programs: Manage the entire program for our in-home tests provided to members. This will include ensuring inventory levels are maintained appropriately with field technicians, managing stock at the corporate office for shipment to technicians, and providing regular updates on inventory levels to internal teams. Additionally, this role will oversee the program's effectiveness, ensuring timely receipt of results and the achievement of KPIs with our clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in inventory management or equipment management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track large volumes of equipment and supplies across the continental US.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in team coordination and vendor management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work in the Atlanta office Monday-Friday
