WHAT DO CARE ACCESS PROS DO?
Our Care Access Pros (CAPs) go above and beyond, providing compassionate in-home retinal imaging services for diabetic patients. They visit patients' homes, capture detailed images of their eyes using our state-of-the-art mobile equipment, and upload these images for physician review. This ensures patients get the care they need, even if they’ve struggled to stay compliant with regular eye exams. Our CAPs work within a specific region, typically covering an hour’s radius, and complete pre-scheduled appointments each day.

YOUR ROLE:
As a Care Access Pro Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our nationwide CAP team. You’ll ensure operational excellence and foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Care Access Pros, instilling a sense of purpose and dedication in their work.

Operational Oversight: Ensure all CAPs are following set workflows, processes, and best practices to deliver efficient and high-quality care to health plan members.

Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements in operations, workflows, and service delivery quality to enhance patient care and member satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in operations or team management, preferably in healthcare or a related field.

Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on building team cohesion, accountability, and delivering results.

Technical problem-solving abilities with an innovative approach to overcoming challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage and inspire a remote, nationwide team.

Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to work in the Atlanta office Monday-Friday
