Equity Sales, Boston

Responsibilities:

  • Selling the firm’s U.S. Small and Mid Cap Equity Research product to institutional investors
  • Cultivating client relationships and broadening and deepening BCM's share of wallet
  • Selling equity capital market transactions on behalf of BCM
  • Building corporate access roadshow opportunities in Small and Mid Cap through

relationships with clients and/or corporate management teams and contributing to regional conferences

  • Building corporate access roadshow opportunities in Small and Mid Cap through relationships with clients and/or corporate management teams and contributing to regional conferences
  • Collaborate with sales and research in the development of investment strategies and ideas within the team
  • Identify and recruit research, sales and trading talent to help grow BCM
  • Providing independent advice and information to institutional clients with regard to current market developments and the discussion of potential investments


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required and 1-3 years of experience in equity sales
  • Previous experience and relationships with Small and Mid-Cap investors and companies is an advantage
  • Work in a systematic and methodical way, conducive to a fast-paced environment
  • Have a demonstrated interest in the securities and capital markets, with a particular focus on equities
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, a team focused personality and a hunger to succeed
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented approach are important
