Job Summary |

The Regional Partnership Lead is responsible for managing the success of their team in an assigned region(s), serving on Aperture’s Inside Sales Team (“Partnership Team”). Our Partnership Reps drive the company forward by supporting school districts and organizations throughout the country, focusing on new business acquisition. Partnership Reps are the first line of contact for inbound marketing leads and plan thoughtful, strategic outbound approaches to grow their territories. 

The Regional Partnership Lead will report to the Director of Sales and lead their team by providing guidance, coaching and mentorship. You will support daily activities including overseeing the performance of your sales team by tracking goals, setting individual targets, and facilitating ongoing training. This person is highly self-motivated, enjoys leading and coaching others, craves the satisfaction of exceeding goals, is metric driven, strives for continuous learning, is futuristic, strategic, and thoughtful in their approach and is driven to serve their team in order to grow the company.

Responsibilities | 
  • Manage and coach team of Partnership Reps by:
    • Providing ongoing daily support and accountability
    • Helping team to track and achieve their goals
    • Removing barriers to success
    • Offering continuous improvement opportunities
    • Overseeing daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly activities and performance Product knowledge education Sales technique/Presentation training
  • Performance Development:
    • Holding 1:1s
    • KPI and Goal Tracking
    • Support/Accountability
    • Professional planning and guidance
  • Support:
    • Removing barriers to success
    • Provide clarity in strategic goal setting
    • Aligning support across teams
  • Work with Director of Sales to continuously assess sales practices and processes to create improvement.
  • Track and report on sales metrics including preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Assist in creating and adhering to departmental budget
  • Strategize with Vice President of Sales & Marketing and other department managers to plan annual sales initiatives, activities, and goals.


Experience and Qualities | 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales management experience
  • Ability to plan and implement sales strategies at scale and coach a team to follow these practices.
  • Ability to manage, coach, and direct a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication skills to support a team with cascading information from the corporate level and cross-departmentally.
  • Innate ability to identify and address issues before they become problems. Strategic thinker with ability to support rapid growth with long-term scalability in mind.
  • Skilled at delivering strong virtual sales presentations to a variety of influencers and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated with the desire to manage and prioritize competing tasks
  • Mission driven with a passion for supporting our nation’s youth
  • Dependable and exceptionally organized, driven by a sense of urgency, and ability to inspire others
  • Success-driven with a goal to exceed expectations Experience with CRM, preferably HubSpot Sales Pro

Work environment |
  • Candidates must have access to a remote working environment free from distractions during Aperture’s common working hours of 9:30 am – 4:00 pm ET 
  • Candidates must have access to excellent internet which consistently supports video conferencing
