Job Summary | 

The Enablement Specialist supports Aperture’s partnership and success teams by delivering strategic tools, resources and trainings to break down barriers, remove friction points and enable the teams to be more efficient, allowing for accelerated pipeline velocity and greater revenue generation.   

This position works interdepartmentally to provide new hire onboarding, coordinates and facilitates ongoing and product trainings, and develops and manages tools and resources to support partnership and success.  You are an ideal candidate if you are excellent at execution and goal driven with a strong desire to support revenue generating teams in exceeding quota.  Sales experience is preferred.  



Responsibilities | 

      • Supports the enablement strategy set by the Senior Enablement Manager 
      • Executes on priorities to help deliver on the enablement strategy 
      • Delivers the onboarding experience for new hires  
      • Develops and facilitates trainings and supporting materials for the partnership and success team 
      • Audits sales calls, conversations, emails and engagement to uncover sticking points and areas of additional support for continuous improvement 
      • Creates and manages internal tools and resources to support operational processes 
      • Conducts regular surveys and/or interviews with teams for feedback loop 
      • Works in tandem with partnership and success managers to support the growth, development and support of the team 
      • Manages relevant tools, software and workstreams to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the partnership and success teams 
      • Works collaboratively and cross departmentally to maintain consistency across the organization  


Required Abilities | 

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
      • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines 
      • Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time  
      • Passion for SEL and a curiosity and willingness to learn  
      • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment 
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software 
      • Experience with Learning Management Systems 



Education & Experience | 

      • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, communications or related field 
      • Minimum of two years of experience in enablement or sales  
      • Experience building engaging, effective training programs from scratch 
      • Expert-level facilitation skills, in person and remote 
      • Experience in K-12 education space 
      • Experience working within a CRM (HubSpot preferred) 




Physical Requirements and Work Environment| 

      • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods 
      • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers   
      • Work is regularly performed in a professional home office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. 
      • This job requires occasional travel 5-15% *pending environmental conditions
