Job Summary | 

The Enablement Manager owns the end-to-end training programs for the partnership and success teams You will design and deliver comprehensive training programs by working with cross-functional teams to provide new hire onboarding, product specific training and ongoing development.  You will also work closely with product marketing to ensure the partnership and success teams have customer facing resources to support the customer journey.  You are an ideal candidate if you are a self-starter, with an eye for detail and a proven track record with sales or success experience, especially in a fast-growing, start-up environment. 

 

Responsibilities | 
      • Manage the creation, design, and development of all training materials for the partnership and success teams 
      • Audit training content, evaluate feedback and communicate changes to stakeholders and learners 
      • Deliver the onboarding experience for new hires as well as ongoing training and development for the partnership and success teams in both remote and in person training environments 
      • Maintain a skills inventory for the partnership and success teams to identify areas for continuous improvement 
      • Support product marketing to provide all resources needed to support the customer journey, including new product launches 
      • Manage relevant tools, software and workstreams to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the partnership and success teams

Required Abilities |

      • Passion for SEL and a curiosity and willingness to learn 
      • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment 
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software 
      • Experience with Learning Management Systems 

 

Education & Experience | 
      • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, communications or related field 
      • Minimum of three years of experience in enablement, sales or customer success  
      • Experience building engaging, effective training programs from scratch 
      • Expert-level facilitation skills, in person and remote 
      • Experience in K-12 education space 
      • Experience working within a CRM (HubSpot preferred) 

 

Work Environment | 
      • Work is regularly performed in a professional office/home office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. 
      • This job requires occasional travel up to 10%
