Job Summary |
The Community Success Specialist is responsible for optimizing the success of Aperture Education’s community accounts. You will develop and deploy high-quality content to renew and expand existing accounts using low touch automations and workflows, provide responsive support and solutions for product implementation and adoption. Your primary responsibilities include creating content to support low-touch customers’ renewal, utilization, and health to drive retention and value in your business segment.

Aperture Education specializes in social and emotional learning (SEL) solutions. Our flagship product, the DESSA, part of the Aperture System, allows educators and parents to measure and teach social and emotional skills for youth in grades K-12 both in school and in out-of-school settings.
Contribute to Aperture Education’s footprint and business with existing clients by developing content that supports customer use and decreases time-to-value.
Own renewals across a portfolio of partner districts and out-of-school organizations
Execute strategy for client health monitoring and interventions.
Monitor account health and analyze trends.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with client and internal teams to achieve seamless product messaging and support.
Consistently hit or exceed renewal and upsell goals.
Required Abilities |

Education & Experience |
Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, business, or related field
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in account management, sales, or marketing
Experience working within a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
Experience in K-12 education space
Work Environment |
Work is regularly performed in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
This job requires occasional travel
