Our ideal candidate is a roll-up-their-sleeves do-er with 11+ years of experience in PR and earned media. You’ll bring a deep understanding of B2B enterprise technology including experience in industries including security, data analytics, and cloud/SaaS.
A successful Senior Vice President is someone who can:
- Provide expert client counsel that significantly benefits a client’s business and reputation.
- Build and maintain outstanding client relationships, taking a hands-on approach.
- Offer strong guidance and counsel to team members and clients.
- Recruit, train, motivate, mentor, guide, and nurture team members at various stages in their PR career.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the tech landscape and trends impacting clients and competitors.
- Possess outstanding media relations skills that are reflected in strategic counsel you provide to clients and the team.
- Oversee and maintain client budgets, including team hours and capacity, to ensure minimum overservicing.
- Exemplifiy a culture of collaboration and “we own this” mentality.
- Be an integral part of new business (development, strategy, pitching, onboarding), including identifying organic growth opportunities with existing clients.
