Sociallyin is currently looking to hire an experienced and ambitious Paid Ads Manager to oversee strategic development, execution and delivery of paid social media campaigns and advertisements for our clients, playing a key role in the success of our clients.

What you’ll get to do:
Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns from conception to launch.
Manage paid search, paid social media and miscellaneous advertising campaigns through a variety of platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance and regular campaign reporting.
Attend client calls to discuss and inform on campaign strategy, performance and ongoing recommendations.
Measure, evaluate and analyze paid media campaign performance trends to determine campaign success and inform ongoing recommendations on an ongoing basis.
Manage and pace campaign budgets on a routine basis to ensure efficient delivery of advertising spend and to ensure clients are pacing towards campaign objectives and goals (ROIs and KPIs).
Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization in an effort to create more collaboration and integration.
What you’ll bring to the role:
3+ years of digital media experience including paid search, paid social media and/or display advertising.
Agency experience is a plus!
Develop and execute paid advertising and media buying strategies across all major social channels.
Proven ability to work under pressure and to manage a high-volume workload under strict deadlines.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Enthusiastic, flexible, and curious attitude.
Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills.
Must be client facing and comfortable communicating directly to key stakeholders.
Possess knowledge of client services, advertising operations, and ad serving.
Have experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and/or Advertising Platforms.
Have experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Sheets/Excel, Zapier, Mailchimp, and Unbounce (Landing Pages).
BA/BS in marketing, business, or technology fields preferred.
