Karpel Solutions was originally founded to provide services on the IBM System 38. We have evolved into a major provider of software and IT services. As the years progressed, we have grown into experts on cybersecurity and our main objective is to keep our clients data safe and secure.

Our Benefits and Perks

- Competitive Dental, Health, and Vision insurance.

Life Insurance – Karpel will pay $20,000 per employee. This plan also includes Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage.

- Short term and long term disability.

401k – After 6 months the employee is eligible for 401K. No matter what the employee contributes Karpel will always put 3% of the employees salary each year into 401K.

Certification Bonus – Employees are eligible for bonus when they pass a IT certification that is related to their field of work. Each certification is worth $500 bonus. You can take up to 5 tests per year which is a bonus max of $2,500.

Company Profit Sharing Bonus – Each quarter Karpel Employees are eligible for bonus ranging from 0% to 25%. This is all based on company profitability goals for that quarter.

- Education – Karpel will give $1000/year to employees for any schooling, training, or education materials. Along with 40 hours a year for any training courses, or seminars pertaining to the employees’ field of work.

Employee Referral Bonus – Karpel solutions will pay an employee $1,000 for referring another employee to work at Karpel Solutions. This employee must work for Karpel no less than 60 days.
