• Texas residents only
• Extensive ECG interpretation experience required
• Holter scanning experience required
• CCT certification a plus

Responsibilities:

• Interpretation and documentation of patient ECG data via company software; includes identification of abnormal variation in heart rhythm related to all types of arrhythmias, including heart blocks, and pacemakers; documentation and interpretation of patient triggers and diary entries; flag reports for MD notification if indicated; review report for accuracy before submitting for QC review
• Educated on and compliant with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Qualified candidates include Cardiac Technicians, Monitor Technicians, RNs, LPNs, EMT-P or graduate of an accredited EKG school or equivalent training/experience in interpreting cardiac arrhythmias
• Holter scanning experience required
• CCT/CRAT Certification (or obtain within 6 months of employ)
• Excellent arrhythmia interpretation, verbal and written communication skills and commitment to quality patient care
• Knowledge of medical terminology specific to anatomy and physiology of the heart
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
