G Medical Innovation seeks a highly motivated and successful medical Business Development Manager to call on major health care professionals throughout their region, focusing on cardiology, electrophysiology, internal medicine and other applicable stakeholders, to expand the growth of the our arrhythmia monitoring services and PRIZMA vital signs solutions.


Responsibilities include:

  • Prospect, develop and close new business with EP's, cardiologists, and other clinical stakeholders.
  • Target and identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales in assigned territory.
  • Develop a pipeline of sales opportunities within assigned territory and execute on those opportunities.
  • Cultivate a business plan and formulate sales strategies to attain revenue goals.
  • Build advocacy and champions within facilities to help drive the business.
  • Partner with facilities to manage existing service business, including workflow management, inventory, and depth and breadth of product usage throughout facilities.
  • Enhance G Medical’s relationship with providers and systems through strategic partnership with our payer relations and billing teams.
  • Utilize salesforce.com to manage sales leads, daily activity, report generation, timely and accurate feedback.
  • Promote G Medical Innovation as a leader in cardiac diagnostics and monitoring.


Must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years related sales experience; with at least 3 years in medical device sales. Cardiology and electrophysiology call points preferred. IDN sales experience desired. Demonstrated success developing and executing a strategic sales plan. History of outstanding achievements and proven sales skills.  Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills; Very adaptive, innovative, and results driven. Strong work ethic and customer focus are required.   Experience with Salesforce.com or similar sales tracking system preferred.  Team leading ability to meet G Medical Innovations’ vision for future expansion that includes BDM to drive growth with front line distributors, regional contracts and the potential to mentor sales associate(s). Must be tech-savvy with a start-up mentality.
