JOB DESCRIPTION

Initially reporting to the CEO, the Sales Director will be a hands-on member of a team evangelizing the company’s unique SaaS products and services to customers in education-related applications (education of patient, students, employees and ultimately customers), and executing on sales strategies that drive revenue generation and onboarding of customers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the management team to develop and refine company’s sales strategy and tactics
  • Identify clients consistent with the company’s strategy; publicize the company’s products and services,
  • Drive sales, meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and targets.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide thought leadership to the team to refine the products.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in selling B2B SaaS products.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, liberal arts or technical fields.
  • Flawless presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • A disciplined, aggressive approach to the business process; a strong sense of urgency and commitment to deliver results on time, as specified, as scheduled.
  • Mature personally and professionally.  A positive thinker.  High tolerance to ambiguity, and strength to rise above and see the bigger picture.
  • Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character. 
  • Hungry with a strong drive to make this his home run.

 

Highly Desirable:

  • Track record of evangelizing new technology
  • Experience in selling digital health products
  • Strong knowledge and awareness in the workings of the healthcare industry and technology trends.
