Part-time Remote 20-25 hrs/week

Available Shifts:

Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday: 7 am - 11 am PST

Monday to Thursday, Tuesday to Friday, or Wednesday to Saturday: 2 pm - 6 pm PST

We’re currently seeking experienced customer support agents to join our team. As a CSA, you will represent Qualia Life Sciences to prospective and existing customers and ensure that every Qualia Life Sciences member is supported and engaged. This requires a deep understanding of our brand and a desire to build relationships and educate our customers about everything Qualia Life Sciences offers.


Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Support Qualia Life Sciences customers and community. 

  • Work directly with the support team to embody and uphold our standards of remarkable customer service.

  • Respond promptly and in alignment with our brand to support tickets, emails, phone calls, and text messages. 

  • Engage with customer needs via email, phone, and text message, answering questions, educating consumers, and completing the sales flow.

  • Understand and employ clear procedures for all health and medical-related questions.

  • Escalate high-level inquiries, requests, and issues to the appropriate department.

  • Help update and expand the Qualia Life Sciences FAQs + Help Center.


Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Understand the products, mission, and QLS philosophy intimately and help others understand any aspect of the company. 

  • Keep records of all customer service interactions.

  • Drive sales and increase customer lifetime revenue through education and engagement.

  • Collaborate with the support team to uphold and fulfill our commitment to exceptional customer service. 




  • Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, and other CRM platforms.

  • High volume of actual customer service and interaction.

  • Strong value around service and a passion for helping people address their needs.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to navigate all personality types and emotions gracefully. 

  • Fundamentally love and respect people.

  • Relevant technical skills.




  • E-commerce experience.

  • Familiarity with the nutraceutical or related health and wellness spaces and associated regulatory issues.

  • Active interest in neurohacking, related health, performance optimization, and human potential spaces.

  • Science familiarity and interest.

  • Experience working in start-ups.
