Qualia Life Sciences seeks a Digital Product Manager who will play a key role in defining and enhancing the features and functionality of our digital platforms. You will work closely with our operations, marketing, and technology teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users and customers. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and business and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve our product goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Specifications: Define and document requirements and specifications for new features and functionality across our website, e-commerce store, and other technology platforms.

Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the interface between users in operations and marketing and the technology team to determine product specifications.

User Experience Optimization: Optimize all aspects of user and customer experience on our website and e-commerce store, ensuring a seamless and engaging interaction.

Ensure all web projects align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.

Interface regularly with customer support staff to continuously evaluate the performance and efficacy of digital products.

Product Feature Development: Lead cross-functional teams to define new product features, from conception to implementation.

Third-Party Liaison: Liaise with third-party technology solutions to integrate and enhance our platforms.

Technology Roadmap Participation: Participate in developing the technology roadmap for our platforms, aligning with business objectives and user needs.

Documentation: Document existing features and functionality of our platforms to ensure clarity and consistency.
Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in entrepreneurial companies. A proven track record managing digital products with a customer-first focus on design and user experience.

Experience managing web-based properties, ensuring high-quality user experiences, including accessibility and SEO.

Education: College Degree, ideally in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.

Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A deep understanding of user experience principles and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
