Email & SMS Marketing Manager

Qualia Life Sciences (formerly Neurohacker Collective) is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our email and SMS campaigns. In this role, you’ll craft high-impact communications that drive product discovery, customer engagement, and community growth, leveraging tools like Klaviyo and collaborating closely with our marketing, creative, and development teams.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how our audience experiences the brand: delivering timely, relevant, and inspiring messages that build loyalty and position our products as category leaders.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing email marketing campaigns, strong familiarity with our brand voice and content, and a passion for optimizing customer communication.

Responsibilities:

 

• Own and execute all email and SMS communications, including automated workflows, promotional campaigns, and lead-nurturing sequences.
  
  

• Develop and manage lead generation strategies across email and SMS, including list-building tactics, gated content, promotions, and acquisition flows.
  
  

• Optimize acquisition funnels and onboarding sequences to drive subscriber growth, engagement, and conversions.
  
  

• Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer, development, and creative teams to coordinate campaign deliverables.
  
  

• Analyze campaign data to improve performance and guide strategic adjustments.
  
  

• Monitor and optimize email and SMS deliverability to ensure high inbox placement and industry compliance; provide regular deliverability reports and insights.
  
  

• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend next steps to support continuous strategy refinement.
  
  

• Ideate and implement new strategies to deepen customer engagement and increase product affinity.
  
  

• Manage audience segmentation across email and SMS channels.
  
  

• Create custom reports for executive-level review to track performance trends and KPIs.
  
  

• Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests across mobile and desktop environments.
  
  

• Research and implement mobile messaging tools, including SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging, focusing on continuous optimization.

Qualifications and Skills:

Email & Digital Marketing Expertise

• 3+ years of experience with an enterprise-level email platform
  
  

• Hands-on experience using the Klaviyo email marketing platform
  
  

• Demonstrated success in executing high-performing email marketing campaigns
  
  

• Up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices in email and mobile marketing and measurement
  
  

• Experience managing marketing campaigns across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
  
  

Analytics & Optimization

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  
  

• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  
  

• Ability to design and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments using tools such as Optimizely
  
  

• Advanced proficiency in Excel
  
  

Creative & Strategic Thinking

• Strong creativity and ability to identify consumer behavior patterns to devise engaging, informative, and conversion-driven campaigns

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year.  The exact compensation will depend on the candidate's location, experience, skills, and other relevant factors and may vary from the posted range.
