Key Responsibilities:

Create job ads and coordinate with team members for postings on multiple platforms (ATS, Social Media, and internal channels).

Track applicants, maintain candidate records, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct reference and background checks.

Maintain organized and updated employee records in HR databases and digital files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and audit readiness.

Handle HR-related correspondence, forms, and documentation (e.g., offer letters, onboarding checklists, and compliance notices).

Support onboarding for new hires, including coordinating training sessions and maintaining a welcoming experience for new team members.

Assist employees with questions about HR policies, payroll, benefits, and procedures, serving as the first point of contact.

Review employee timecards and sync information between platforms for accurate payroll processing.

Assist with processing payroll adjustments, corrections, and approvals as needed.

Support HR-led engagement activities such as employee recognition programs and wellness initiatives.

Plan and coordinate company events, including employee engagement activities, executive planning sessions, and the annual team gathering.

Prepare and distribute the monthly HR newsletter and other employee communications.

Support leadership in special projects such as DEI initiatives, process enhancements, and HR system upgrades.

Participate in continuous improvement efforts to optimize HR processes and streamline workflows.

Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

1-3 years of prior work experience supporting an HR department, either as an HR intern, HR Assistant, HR coordinator, or similar.

Familiarity with Trinet PEO HRIS and BambooHR platforms (or similar).

Tech-savvy, with strong fluency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.), with the ability to train other team members on these platforms.

Strong Presentation skills, creating, coordinating, and presenting.

Preferred experience with Asana or similar task management tools.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The base hourly pay range for this position is $28.00/hour to $35.00/hour. The exact compensation will depend on the candidate's location, experience, skills, and other relevant factors and may vary from the posted range.
