We seek a detail-oriented and organized Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment across various channels. The Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator will manage wholesale orders, sample requests, Amazon replenishment shipments, and returns. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Process wholesale purchase orders (POs) for domestic and international customers, ensuring accurate data entry and timely submission within our systems.

Coordinate with fulfillment centers to track shipments, resolve shipping issues, and ensure timely replenishment of stock.

Fulfill sample requests by logging, preparing, and tracking shipments to ensure delivery aligns with company procedures.

Manage the returns process, including verifying returns, initiating replacements or refunds, and updating records accordingly.

Handle routine communication with 3PL (third-party logistics) providers to resolve shipping discrepancies and update order statuses.

Prepare and manage Amazon FBA shipments, ensuring compliance with labeling, packaging, and delivery standards.

Monitor backorders and ensure they are processed promptly once inventory is available.

Maintain organized records of all fulfillment activities, including shipments, returns, and inventory adjustments.

Run routine reports on order fulfillment and returns, providing data to support operational improvements.
Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or order management. Experience with Amazon FBA is a plus.

Education: A college degree or relevant experience in fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines.

Technology: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and fulfillment systems; proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking.

Passion for the wellness and health industry is a plus.
Management:

Report to the Logistics & Fulfillment Manager and work with the customer support, manufacturing, and production teams.

The base hourly pay for this position ranges from $20.00/hour to $25.00/hour. The exact compensation will depend on the candidate's location, experience, skills, and other relevant factors and may vary from the posted range.
