We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment across various channels. The Fulfillment Coordinator will manage wholesale orders, sample requests, Amazon replenishment shipments, and returns. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilitate all domestic and international PO submissions, processing, shipping & tracking for major wholesale customers, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system across all platforms.

Collaborate with Accounting & Controllers on wholesale customer invoicing & payment terms.

Communicate continuously with fulfillment centers for all shipping, receiving, replenishment, case packing, and PO wholesale customer needs and contract requirements.

Coordinate and fulfill sample requests, ensuring all requests are properly logged and processed according to company procedures.

Maintain backorder status management & order processing.

Administer and process returns, working with customer support and inventory teams to manage refunds or replacement shipments efficiently.

Monitor and moderate 3PL support cases, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation when necessary to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Manage Amazon FBA and MCF replenishment shipments, ensuring all orders align with inventory requirements and address shipment discrepancies.

Continuously evaluate fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Generate and analyze reports on order processing, fulfillment, and returns to track KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications:
-
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or order management. Experience with Amazon FBA is a plus.

Education: A college degree or relevant experience in fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines.

Technology: Proficiency with fulfillment platforms and experience using e-commerce systems.

Passion for the wellness and health industry is a plus.
Management:

Report to the Logistics & Fulfillment Manager and work with the customer support, manufacturing, and production teams.
