Media Buyer-PPC Analyst - Full Time Remote

The Media Buyer-PPC Analyst will be responsible for administering, managing, and executing Pay Per Click media strategies. The ideal candidate for this role thrives in a fast-paced industry and will bring their unique expertise to digital marketing initiatives and help facilitate company goals. The ideal candidate is also self-motivated, data-driven, and has experience in direct response customer acquisition and performance marketing.
Full-Time Remote Position-US work authorization required
Salary DOE starting at $70,000 + up to $10,000 additional compensation
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the creation, optimization, and growth of marketing campaigns on pay-per-click/search platforms such as Google, Bing, Amazon, and Walmart to maximize CPC, CPA, CTR, Search IS, etc. within monthly budgets for both prospecting and retargeting campaigns
Deliver strategic recommendations and execute campaigns for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search
Provide key insights to our cross-functional teams to inform future creative, copy, and content
Construct media plans which overview the entire process of a campaign from start to finish including budgeting, design, implementation, and post-production analysis
Aggressively scale campaigns using proper analysis and optimization techniques
Manage day-to-day performance across all campaigns including hands-on management of paid search campaigns including budget and bidding decisions, ad copy creation, and keyword portfolio maintenance
Manage a campaign and testing calendar that can be shared across internal teams to gain alignment across all paid efforts
Perform Multivariate testing between distinct types of content, placements, bidding goals, and audiences
Analyze ongoing campaigns and large volumes of data to assess what aspects were most effective, which were detrimental, and use programmatic approaches to reintegrate the most useful aspects into future campaigns
Create custom dimensions, goals, reports, and measurements in Google Analytics to improve marketing performance for campaigns
Complete ongoing audit and reporting of competitive media tactics spend, analyze daily campaign performance reports to inform ongoing optimizations and testing recommendations
Troubleshoot data tracking and pixel management issues
Leverage content with partners in SEO-optimized structure to create quality linking
Ensure that online content created by Neurohacker will get a high ranking from search engines
Utilize advanced link building initiatives to ensure Neurohacker content ranks at the top of Google search results
Create ongoing On-page SEO analysis and recommendations reports
Collaborate with the marketing team at large to integrate performance marketing efforts with a broader marketing plan
Monitor search trends, best practices, and new opportunities and share the latest industry news, media strategies, platforms, tactics and apply it to projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field preferred
2+ years of SEM experience in the consumer space managing at least $20k in ad spend per month
Google Analytics: 2 years (Required)
Google AdWords: 2 years (Required)
Bing Ads: 2 years (Required)
Amazon Sponsored Ads: 2 years (Required)
Walmart Sponsored Ads: 1 year
SEO link building: 2 years
2-3 years in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities (health/wellness and/or supplement background, preferred)
Highly proficient (certifications preferred) in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
History of juggling multiple campaigns within different stages of the digital media lifecycle
Ability to create and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments via tools such as Optimizely
Demonstrable experience managing marketing campaigns across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
Highly creative in identifying consumer behavior and devising campaigns that engage, inform, motivate, and convert
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email and mobile marketing and measurement
Willingness to learn and constantly expand knowledge and skillset
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising email campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Excellent Excel Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
MANAGEMENT
Reports to Vice President, Marketing.
Collaborates closely with the marketing team and Vice President, Marketing.
This position does not have any direct reports.
