Neurohacker Collective is seeking a temporary part-time Administrative Assistant in the Research & Development/Production Department. This fast paced position will work directly with with our Production Manager on a variety of administrative tasks each day. We are seeking a candidate available 10-15 hours per week for 3-4 months with potential for additional hours/length of assignment.


Responsibilities:

• Support vendor management, assist manager with sourcing new suppliers, coordinate with existing suppliers

• Send Purchase Orders

• Track shipments and follow up tasks with vendors and suppliers

• Update spreadsheets with test results

• Assist production manager in various administrative tasks


Qualifications/Experience:

• Comfortable making outbound calls to vendors and/or suppliers

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the entire Microsoft Office Suite

• Highly Organized & detail oriented

• Reliable & motivated self-starter

• Must be adaptable to changing job demands and priorities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information

• Experience in purchasing preferred
