Our network of Channel Partners, affiliates, and influencers is growing. Neurohacker Collective is expanding our affiliate sales team

accordingly. This position will report to Director Of Partner Sales and manage the communication, scheduling, and delivery of selected
affiliate sales accounts and promotions.

The affiliate sales manager will work with our growing list of influencers, celebrities, and marketing affiliates to schedule, launch, and
optimize affiliate promotions. This hire will leverage creative content provided to maximum effectiveness with our partners, schedule
promotional launch dates and deliverable dates with key affiliate partners, troubleshoot existing accounts when needed and assist in the
onboarding of new accounts, as well as a wide range of collaborative functions between the Neurohacker team and our 3rd party
promoters and affiliates.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Overseeing the communication, scheduling, implementation, and delivery of key affiliate promotions.

Handle a wide range of inbound affiliate requests, from account troubleshooting, to onboarding questions, to product sample
needs.

Elevate opportunities or concerns regarding an affiliate sales account to Director Of Partner Sales (as they arise) and collaborate with our team for effective resolutions.

Occasional event travel and in-person event sales would be expected typically 4 to 8 times a year depending on fluid sales
strategies.

Accountability for objective sales metrics relevant to the position.

Develop strong rapport and warm teamwork relationships with key affiliate personnel for recurring delivery on key promotion
initiatives.

Address affiliate needs from a wide range of personalities in a manner consistently successful at defusing conflict and
recentering teamwork strategies.

Troubleshooting across a diverse network of affiliate sales platforms and team platforms which may be needed in resolving an
affiliate optimization issue.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Can quickly achieve understanding with legal compliance and regulatory issues associated with health and claims related to our products.

Understand the products, mission, and our philosophy intimately. Be able to help anyone understand any aspect of the company.

An artful blend of sales aggression and kind good treatment. This hire can get others to schedule deliverables that stick to plans without seeming pushy or off-putting.

Must be willing to wear many hats. We are a growing startup where job responsibilities and duties are sometimes fluid. Must be an enthusiastic team player willing to expand your responsibility comfort-zone on a routine basis.

Key Performance Indicators:

Metrics relevant to sales, service, and promotion delivery will monitor performance.

Consistently engaged affiliates and channel partners reporting good teamwork from this hire on a consistent basis, timely
return of phone calls and emails, creative leverage of content provided and solicitation of additional content from affiliates.

Your sales affiliates and our internal team have confidence in your decisions and your ability to work with minimal
micromanagement and execute.

Everyone who interacts with Neurohacker Collective should ultimately become a company evangelist, whether or not our current products are right for them.

Qualifications and Background:

Must Have:

Minimum 1-3 years in same or similar field to online affiliate marketing.

Enjoys phone work, introducing our brand and getting to learn about partnership models, making other brands feel appreciated and valued and building rapport with strangers quickly and lastingly.

Excellent written communication skills. Must be able to compel action through email and text as effectively as by
phone.

Out-of-box thinker. Many creative ways to leverage a partner relationship exist. This hire prides themselves in
noticing creative ways we could partner with a new or existing brand.

Thick skin. Some personalities and partners may present challenging personalities. This hire is masterful at
deescalating the frustrations and concerns of an affiliate, as well as appeasing their needs within reason.

Excellent multi-tasker. This hire will be shifting from phone, to email, to scheduling, to working with internal
personnel on our team, in a rapid and often unpredictable way. This hire is excellent at remaining clearheaded and
focused even in unpredictable work environments.

Proactive on noticing and addressing potentially deceptive affiliates. While almost all of our affiliates promote our
brand well, on occasion an affiliate may need rooted out for carrying our brand poorly. Policing accounts and
noticing these affiliates early on is key.
