The Financial Controlling Manager will manage the financial operations of the company including financial budgeting/rolling forecast, financial analysis, regional tax and treasury matters, and business support.

Some of the Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the region’s annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, providing insightful financial analysis to the management team.
  • Provide support and work with the global finance team to ensure financial data is recorded timely and in compliance with IFRS rules and local tax regulations.
  • Actively work with the local and global teams to enhance the processes for sending and receiving payments through tools such as SSP, SAP, and Concur.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned. 

 

Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.
  • AICPA certificate preferred. 
  • Five years or more of FP&A experience in a multinational company required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiar with SAP.
  • Capable of working both collaboratively with team members within the region as well as independently.
  • Maintains integrity, high ethics and professional codes of conduct at all times.

 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

 

  • This is a remote-based role with occasional travel as needed.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Constantly communicating with others to exchange information by phone, email or virtual meetings.
