The Financial Controlling Manager will manage the financial operations of the company including financial budgeting/rolling forecast, financial analysis, regional tax and treasury matters, and business support.

Some of the Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the region’s annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, providing insightful financial analysis to the management team.
- Provide support and work with the global finance team to ensure financial data is recorded timely and in compliance with IFRS rules and local tax regulations.
- Actively work with the local and global teams to enhance the processes for sending and receiving payments through tools such as SSP, SAP, and Concur.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.
- AICPA certificate preferred.
- Five years or more of FP&A experience in a multinational company required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiar with SAP.
- Capable of working both collaboratively with team members within the region as well as independently.
- Maintains integrity, high ethics and professional codes of conduct at all times.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- This is a remote-based role with occasional travel as needed.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Constantly communicating with others to exchange information by phone, email or virtual meetings.
