Help Build the Future of Homeownership at Domalytx
The Problem
Homeownership in the U.S. is increasingly complex. With an aging housing stock (average age ~50 years), busy schedules, and limited DIY knowledge, many homeowners struggle to stay on top of repairs and maintenance. They often face uncertainty, difficulty finding reliable help, and costly surprises. Despite its scale, this problem remains largely unaddressed.
Our Approach
Domalytx brings proactive home management to a wider audience through a technology-driven platform. We’re applying AI to solve real homeowner problems—making it easier to maintain, manage, and protect the most valuable asset most people will ever own.
What We’re Building
Domalytx is a home intelligence platform that helps homeowners stay ahead of repairs, avoid unnecessary costs, and maintain long-term property value. Key components include:
-
Maintenance Prioritization: A rules-based system that ranks and explains what matters most — based on cost, safety, urgency, and owner goals.
-
AI for Contractor Management: Tools to help homeowners engage contractors more efficiently — from outreach to scheduling.
- AI Agents - help homeowners get quotes from contractors
-
Expert-Guided Recommendations: Drawing on years of experience, we deliver clear, actionable advice tailored to each property.
-
Aligned Incentives: Our platform is focused on homeowner outcomes, not sales commissions — saving users 30–40% on typical maintenance costs through better timing and prevention.
