Job Description:

As a Mortgage Account Executive at PhinanceUs™, you will build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, banks, credit unions, and other industry professionals to bring in new business and grow our customer base. You will work with a team of experienced professionals to provide our customers exceptional service and support throughout the mortgage application process.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, banks, credit unions, and other industry professionals to generate new business
  • Work with a team of loan officers to identify and qualify potential customers
  • Educate customers on our mortgage products and services and guide them through the application process
  • Manage Pipeline
  • Ensure that all loan applications are complete and accurate and adhere to industry regulations
  • Use cutting-edge technology to streamline the application process and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and targets


Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in mortgage sales or a related field, with experience working with mortgage brokers, banks, and credit unions
  • Active NMLS license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with mortgage software and systems
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
