In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Leadership Team to optimize our sales processes and deliver meaningful insights. Our Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for gathering and analyzing sales data and working with our leadership team to update current sales workflows.
 
Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Track and analyze sales activities and performance to support reviews and forecasting.
  • Prepare and maintain KPI reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales results and team progress.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align efforts and share insights.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and scheduling to support sales team recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM and other sales tracking tools; proactively identify and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Identify performance gaps, process inefficiencies, or bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Assist in documenting and refining standard operating procedures for sales processes and reporting workflows.

 

Types of Candidates We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer/Information Systems, or relevant experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools; experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to grow, expand responsibilities, and assist where needed
  • Creative problem-solver; prior experience in financial services or fintech is a plus
