•Contribute as a major Stakeholder to plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's sales & marketing functions and performance.

•Lead a telesales team to achieve the organization's monthly and quarterly sales goals.

•Participate in the development of the corporation's plans and programs as a strategic partner.

•Provide input and leadership on the decision-making issues affecting the organization.

•Contribute as a line-of-business owner and have responsibility & accountability of the Profit & Loss statement for the Sales department.

•Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the enterprise.

•Develop training programs, call metrics and management of sales personnel to exceed personal and company goals.


•Previous experience in telesales, sales or relationship management (financial sales are a plus)

•Familiarity with CRM platforms and USE them

•Exceptional skill set for refining processes within the sales department

•A knack for building rapport and relationships with sales team and sales prospects

•Robust leadership, presentation & employee training skills

•A passion for growing an extraordinary sales department

•Vigorous desire for meeting deadlines and goals

•The ability to listen with the intent to understand versus the intent to simply reply

•Monthly team compensation at quota, which includes an annual salary of $80,000

•Quarterly bonuses that can double your commission payments.
