What You’ll Do
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be a key driver of our growth:
- Outbound Outreach: Make 100+ calls daily to warm and cold prospects.
- Secure Appointments: Introduce Allegiance’s fraud prevention and cost-saving payment solutions, and set sales presentation meetings.
- Grow & Collaborate: Sharpen your skills with coaching from seasoned sales leaders and peer support from a fun, high-performing team.

Compensation & Benefits
- Total Compensation: $75,000–$95,000+ first year (base + uncapped commission)
- Incentives: Monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus opportunities
