In this role you will work closely with the Sales Leadership Team to drive sales and deliver meaningful insights. The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by gathering, analyzing, and reporting data, preparing sales materials for internal and external meetings and providing general support to Sales Leaders.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data to create regular and ad hoc reports, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and other reporting tools to track sales performance
  • Support the Sales Leaders in preparing cost analyses and sales materials for client meetings and internal reviews
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and track the progress of sales opportunities
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Leadership team, including coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary materials

  • Working towards or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or comparable experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other data visualization tools; experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Must possess a good technical aptitude and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Willingness to grow and expand duties and assist where needed
