Opportunity Summary:
The Contingent’s Digital Marketing Producer is responsible for the day-to-day creation and execution of messaging, landing pages and campaigns designed to drive prospect acquisition across multiple digital marketing channels, including but not limited to, Web landing pages, SEO, Digital advertising (search, social, display, mobile), social media, blog, influencer marketing and affiliate marketing. Areas of focus will include email marketing list growth, lead generation, audience segment development, and cross-channel promotion support.
As a pivotal member of the marketing team this position will help to manage 3rd party digital marketing agencies. Collaboration with all members of the Marketing Team and Cross Functional partners is a critical aspect of this role. Cross Functional Teams include Product Team, Community Experience Team, Technology Team, and Initiative Program Teams. The candidate must be skilled in reporting on digital marketing metrics and uncovering insights that will provide a better understanding of our target audiences to improve and optimize traffic and conversion. Must be hands-on, analytical, and highly collaborative, capable of a high level of digital production in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in defining and documenting strategic content plans for initiatives including product launches, seasonal and campaign work across web, email, social media, and other platforms

Produce, edit, and maintain content for a variety of digital properties, including blog content, video
content, graphics, landing pages, emails, ads, social media, etc.

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email,
social media, ad platforms and web.

Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar, PowerBI, to measure KPIs and ROI.

Collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals to create engaging and relevant content that aligns with brand and marketing goals.

Manage and maintain our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

Implement best practices for email marketing, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

Manage project workflow, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and stakeholders on campaign performance and areas for improvement. Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics, KPIs, and digital marketing best practices.

Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content production.

Experience in digital display ad creation (design and create)

Experience in landing page layout and creation (CMS)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of and experience in conducting A/B tests in order to facilitate lean iterative improvements

Experience working in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, and Keystone JS.

Experience working in marketing automation platforms (Dynamics365 Customer Insights, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and ad platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Meta ads platform, Sprout Social, Google Ads Platform, etc.).

Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms (Asana, Teams, etc.).

Excellent external and internal written and verbal communication skills

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Terms, Accountability, and Compensation:

Starting placement will not exceed this starting salary range of $50,900 - $69,900 and will be based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and location.

This is a hybrid position with a preference to applicants located in Portland, Oregon -or- applicants who have had experience in working with The Contingent.

The Contingent has a flexible work model that supports a blend of in-office, remote and on-the-go workers

We have team members located in multiple time zones. To facilitate collaboration, core hours for this position are 9-2 pm PST (11-4pm CST, 12-5pm EST)

This position will be expected to work within The Contingent’s hybrid work policy (2-3 days in the office, 2-3 days from home)
