Success looks like
- All potential leads contacted have an accurate and positive impression about our team
- You are setting appointments with qualified leads, and those appointments are resulting in revenue.
- You are driving traffic to our events
- You are using multiple sources of business development, including social media, email, phone calls.
- Our database of qualified leads is growing by 2% per month
What you'll do
- Make phone calls to companies to introduce our company.
- Schedule meetings with our sales team and coordinate follow-up, reschedules, etc.
- You’ll perform outbound lead development activities as designated by leadership. These activities are likely to include social media prospecting, attending conferences and networking events, in-person canvassing, and cold calling.
- You will keep our CRM up to date, and manage all activities from the CRM. You’ll make sure that leads are seamlessly handed off to the sales and marketing team.

Professional Experience
Required Experience
- 2+ years sales development experience (bonus if you have sold into construction industry before)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and experience with doing it

Our Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $47,000- $50,000 base salary, plus a performance-based variable.
