WE ARE HIRING A
DIRECTOR OF SALES- DIGITAL HEALTH
We are looking for a driven and innovative Director of Sales- Digital Health with a proven track record of success to sell to health systems and health plans to reach out revenue targets for our Predictive Analytics business unit. In this role, you will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with subject matter experts at Zephyr AI during the sales process to match customer needs and expectations. As a member of our growing multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in helping us build powerful partnership opportunities that have the potential to make a significant impact on the lives of patients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead generation and conversion from prospect to customer; identifying the most appropriate targets in order to build our sales pipeline

Understand the nuanced value proposition of our AI/ML platforms, offering and leading a consultative sale of that service line

Develop and implement sales strategies that meet the company’s revenue goals, while aligning with the overall business objectives

Understand the nuanced value proposition of our AI/ML platforms, offering and leading a consultative sale of that service line, and identifying the most appropriate targets for lead generation in order to build our sales pipeline

Demonstrate initiative by maintaining close ties with healthcare groups and organizations; constantly developing strong client and industry relationships to identify and create new and expanded business opportunities for organic growth

Focus on industry trends and a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape to better position our solutions in the marketplace; share this market knowledge with relevant internal stakeholders

Continuously gather information, analyze and develop strategies concerning client and prospective client business dynamics, including stakeholder management and mapping

Create and deliver customized, strategic presentations and proposals

Lead complex negotiations to convert prospects to customers in healthcare systems and payers under a variety of payment models (FFS, VBC, etc.)

Actively collaborate with Sales support teams, including Business Operations, Product, Marketing, and others to develop customized Sales plans and go-to-market strategies

Monitor sales performance, analyze data and help create accurate sales forecasts

SKILLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE

7+ years of experience in SAAS-based, AL/ML digital health sales, business intelligence or related role who is hungry to sell; knowledge of chronic health conditions preferred

Existing relationships in the hospital systems/ACO/health plan industry and knowledge of the software systems (EHR, Risk management, VBC platform) and end user workflows they use

Extensive experience with CRM tools and quantitative management of a sales force

Experience negotiating across multiple levels of an organization from director to C-suite to communicate the value of Zephyr’s offerings

Proactive communications and collaborative efforts with the cross-functional teams

Comfort establishing processes and wearing many hats
