The Job

The Account Executive is responsible for building pipeline and securing business within our Mid-market segment. As a Yardstik AE, you are a skillful salesperson who excels at engaging with business leaders, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and CTOs. You are a seasoned veteran in navigating and leading complex sales cycles. This is an opportunity to be part of an early, core sales team in an exciting startup environment.

As a member of our Sales organization, you’ll get the chance to contribute in a big way to the overall success of the team. If you’ve got a good balance of entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to win customers, you’ll love this role.

 

The Duties

  • Lead the sales cycle end-to-end

  • Prospect new opportunities to aid in building top of your personal sales funnel

  • Collaborate and negotiate with C-suite executives

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to solve customer problems

  • Consult with product teams to provide market insights and customer feedback to make our platform better

  • Manage the CRM database with customer information, goals, KPIs, and integrations so the company can make data-driven decisions

  • Forecast your book of business with appropriate close dates

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly quota targets to deliver revenue
