For decades, legacy background screening providers have raised prices using outdated technology while delivering sub-par support to match. Customers deserve better.
We’re changing that.
Yardstik is building the Human Trust Platform - technology designed to help organizations continuously verify identity, credentials, and risk before and after hire. In a world where AI has made it easier than ever to fake identities, forge credentials, and exploit hiring systems, point-in-time background checks no longer cut it.
Founded in 2020 in Minneapolis, Yardstik has been named a Best Place to Work every year since launch.
The Role
As a Partner Manager you’ll be responsible for nurturing and expanding Yardstik's partner ecosystem, driving partner-sourced pipeline, and building the collaborative relationships that turn partnerships into a real growth engine. You'll be the connective tissue between our partners and our product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
You're comfortable owning a partner relationship end-to-end — from onboarding through joint business planning — and you know how to turn a partnership into a pipeline machine. This is a chance to shape how a fast-growing company builds and scales its partner ecosystem.
If you bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to grow partnerships the right way, you'll love this role.
