At Bidgely, Solution Consultants sit at the intersection of product, sales, data, and story. When a utility asks, “Can you show us how this actually works for our market?” You’re the person who turns complexity into clarity using a clear objective data-driven process.
Why this role exists
Our sales team is engaging sophisticated utility clients who need more than features. They need clear narratives, credible demonstrations, and proposals that connect regulatory reality, market signals, and business outcomes.
Right now, the demand for high-quality demos, proposals, and client storytelling is outpacing our capacity. That slows momentum and puts pressure on deals that should be moving faster.
Your mission over the next 6 to 12 months:
Help us respond rapidly and confidently to client requests, without sacrificing quality or insight.
How you’ll make an impact
You’ll own the “last mile” between a powerful product and a confident client decision.
In practice, that means you will:

Craft and deliver client demos and presentations that don’t just explain what our platform does, but why it matters for that specific utility.

Lead narrative-driven proposals and RFP responses, turning ambiguous client asks into clear, persuasive solutions.

Connect the dots into a story, by bringing together regulatory context, market dynamics, and client goals into one cohesive message.

Partner closely with Sales, shaping deal strategy and influencing outcomes without formal authority.

Represent Bidgely externally, presenting at conferences and participating in panels where credibility and clarity matter.
This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and highly visible. You’ll rarely be working in isolation, and you’ll never be “just supporting.”
What “great” looks like in this role
At 3 months:
You’re independently producing polished, high-quality demos and proposals that sales trusts and clients respond to. You take feedback well, and need less of it each time.
At 12 months:

You’ve crafted powerful stories for all of Bidgely’s solutions and the customer journeys they enable

You’ve leveraged internal and external data to build clear customized business cases

You’ve led 15+ non-solicited proposals as the SME.

You’ve delivered 25+ client demos and presentations alongside Sales.

You’ve represented Bidgely at 2+ industry conferences, contributing to our credibility in the market.

Your work is directly tied to deals that move forward, and wins.

The Logistics

Location: Fully remote within the U.S. (Pacific or Central time preferred)

Compensation: $130-135k + 10% bonus
