How You Fit In
Bidgely is seeking an experienced, highly motivated recruiter to focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) roles, specifically for our sales, marketing, customer success, customer onboarding and partnerships teams. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for positions that drive our go-to-market strategy. You will play a critical role in scaling our GTM team, ensuring that we have the best talent in place to accelerate the adoption of our energy efficiency solutions and expand our market footprint. In this position, you will:

Collaborate with senior leaders in sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships to understand business needs, define hiring priorities, and create targeted talent acquisition strategies.

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, industry events where applicable and direct outreach) to identify and engage qualified candidates for GTM positions, including sales professionals, marketing specialists, customer success managers, and business development professionals.

Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and manage the interview process for candidates across multiple departments. Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural add within Bidgely’s collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Promote Bidgely as an employer of choice within the energy efficiency and tech industries by highlighting the company’s mission, culture, and commitment to sustainability in recruiting materials and conversations with candidates.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates for all GTM roles, ensuring quick and efficient filling of open positions while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Partner closely with People Operations, hiring managers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and talent integration into the business.

Stay informed on industry trends and competitive hiring landscapes to provide strategic insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment strategies within the energy tech sector.

Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with Bidgely’s business goals.

Skills and Qualifications
Preferred
-
Experience in recruiting for energy technology or sustainability companies.

Strong network in the clean tech or energy sectors.

Familiarity with energy efficiency, AI, machine learning, or other clean-tech markets is highly desirable.

Familiarity with early in career recruitment in systems like Symplicity.

Familiarity with hosting or participating in virtual hiring fairs or events.
Must Have
-
5+ years of experience in recruiting for Go-to-Market (GTM) roles.

Proven experience and a strong network recruiting for a variety of GTM roles including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships, ideally in a B2B environment.

Proven ability to identify and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and leveraging social media.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (visual, verbal, and written), with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate quality).

Experience optimizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate communications like scheduling and coordination through AI and other tools.

A passion for energy sustainability, innovation, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation
-
The salary range for this position is $98,000-$102,000 DOE.
In accordance with the California Equal Pay and Pay Transparency laws , the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
