How You Fit In

Bidgely seeks a motivated Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to drive lead and pipeline generation across multiple channels (organic, paid, social, ABM, 3rd party syndication). This key role will collaborate with Revenue Operations to manage Marketing Operations tools and systems, enhancing top-of-funnel impact and demand generation. You’ll align digital marketing with inside sales to convert leads into pipeline opportunities, directly contributing to revenue growth. This position reports to the Head of Revenue Marketing.

How You Succeed

Success in this role means being data-driven, creative, and strategic, with a focus on optimizing marketing spend and pipeline generation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Key owner for opening the “top of the funnel” by building, executing and optimizing demand generation campaigns, driving pipeline creation and meeting monthly & quarterly MQLs, meetings, opportunities and pipeline targets

  • Define new ABM strategies on demand generation, branding, thought leadership, and related metrics on how to create a measurable results 

  • Scale the demand generation strategy to accelerate qualified MQL’s, SALs and SQLs conversions, by driving focused engagement through website, social, demo portal, and 3rd party content syndication channels

  • Utilize demand generation systems - Salesforce CRM, Marketo Marketing Automation System and Analytics, Attribution Models and Demand Generation Tools  

  • Execute the web marketing (SEO, SEM) strategy with the website refresh + direct marketing (e.g. targeting advertising - retargeting, re-marketing, email campaigns)

  • Work closely with content syndication channels to cast a wider net to drive Bidgely lead generation / demand generation

  • Manage spends and campaigns across Google Adwords, Display, Paid Social etc. Work with Field marketing to promote and leverage events, webinars, etc.

Skills and Qualifications
Preferred

  • Experience running end to end global campaigns 

  • Lead scoring and ABM intent signals 

  • Experience in creating optimized user flows for demo portals or digital platforms.

  • Passion for AI tools 

  • Experience in the energy industry or passion for the clean tech space 

Required

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a B2B/B2C SaaS start up with a track record of success in digital marketing and demand generation. 

  • Marketing Automation Expertise: Proficiency in Marketo is required, with expertise preferred. Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a must.

  • Content Marketing: Create a cohesive content marketing strategy, crafting engaging content and copy to drive lead generation.

  • Content Management: Comfortable working with WordPress for web/landing page needs, collaborating with design and development teams as necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Data Driven Mindset and Analytical Skills: Experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce for campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.

  • Collaboration and Leadership: Proven experience working closely with inside sales teams to ensure marketing and sales alignment. Confident, driven dynamic leader

  • Creativity and Strategy: Ability to think creatively, bringing fresh ideas to the table and crafting effective digital marketing strategies.

  • Lead Generation: A solid understanding of demand generation and lead nurturing strategies.

  • Optimization Mindset: A strategic mindset focused on optimizing spend for digital campaigns, particularly in areas like ads and paid search.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000 annually. 

In accordance with the California Equal Pay and Pay Transparency laws, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.

  • This is a remote role with 10% travel
