We are a rapidly growing healthcare technology company seeking an experienced Software Development Manager with deep experience in healthcare data platforms to join our team. As the development manager, you will lead a team of talented software engineers and be responsible for overseeing the development of our innovative health technology solutions and customer projects.

Responsibilities:
· Lead and managed a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
· Collaborate with product management, analytics, UI, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product releases.
· Drive the software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
· Ensure software projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
· Provide technical expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
· Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the software development team.
· Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
· Define and track software development metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize team performance and efficiency.
· Establish and maintain engineering best practices, quality standards, and development methodologies, with a focus on SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance and patient data privacy.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
· 8+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in hands-on coding and architecture design.
· Deep domain knowledge in healthcare technology and data, including experience with building secure, scalable health data platforms.
· Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
· Strong technical skills in software design and development, with proficiency in Python, Airflow, databases, and AWS services.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment.
