Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our talented team that delivers technically led solutions and provides an outstanding client experience throughout our domestic and international locations. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services. They will be responsible for a portfolio of key client accounts. The candidate must have a proven track record in sales and excellent communication and negotiation skills. They must align with the team (Solution Architect, Inside Sales, and Delivery) to facilitate the identification of customer business needs and provide a successful customer business outcome. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients and ensure that contracts are fulfilled to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns, and ensure that issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any issues or concerns.
  • Managed opportunity and lead data in the CRM (Dynamics)

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Sales Experience (Information Technology preferred)
  • Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably in the high-tech industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
