Channel Factory is looking for a rock star Media Services Trainee who is both detail oriented and at ease with numbers. Candidates with an accounting, software development, copy editing or backgrounds that require precise, detailed work, are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be team players and willing to work nights and weekends (from home). This is a rare opportunity to begin a career in the lucrative world of digital advertising. No prior experience in digital media is required.

Channel Factory provides a rigorous, mentorship-based training plan, which upon its conclusion, the candidate will have the following skills and responsibilities:

  • Proficiency with ad buying platforms including (but not limited to): AdWords, DBM, Facebook, Twitter and native
  • Analyze campaign performance via ad buying platforms and CF's proprietary analytics dashboard, IQ
  • Calculate the daily bid and budget on ad campaigns
  • Pace daily campaign goals
  • Optimize campaigns
  • Traffic pixels and click through tags (including testing via Chrome development tools)
  • Obtain Google AdWords, YouTube and Google Analytics certifications
