Channel Factory, the leading social video platform, is looking for a rock star Account Executive in New York City. The role will focus on selling social video and social influencer campaigns in tandem with Channel Factory’s proprietary SaaS platform. The AE will be responsible for building relationships, driving revenue and closing business. S/he will be the day-to-day point of contact for agencies and clients and will be responsible for selling Channel Factory value proposition effectively in the NYC and East Coast marketplace.
Responsibilities will include:
● Develop and grow a pipeline of strong revenue generating relationships
● Proactively communicate product offerings and value-proposition to marketers, brands, and agencies via email, phone, in-person meetings, and formal RFP’s.
● Quickly gain and utilize the comprehensive knowledge of Channel Factory’s social video and influencer offerings to propose campaign packages in a way that meets business objectives and exceeds expectations.
● Maintain accountability in company CRM for individual sales forecast to track against sales targets.
● Stay on top of industry/competitor trends to understand the wider online video and social video market.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree
● 2+ years of relevant sales experience with successful achievement of targets
● Prior experience working with brands / agencies / talent to execute digital marketing campaigns
● Track record of selling social video, influencer marketing, online video, and/or programmatic solutions is a huge plus
● Working knowledge of new and existing social media sites including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.
● Experience working with fast-paced and dynamic teams
