RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations. 

Provide day-to-day support in troubleshooting systems issues and fixing bugs. 

Provide account maintenance, update reports, dashboards, and ongoing administrative tasks. 

Work with vendors and the development team to test the platform and modules.
Serves as a primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment multiple department-specific platforms. 

Proactively identify opportunities to build scalable solutions.

Analyze complex systems, fixing bugs, troubleshoot system issues. 

Effectively serve as a liaison between firm users, vendors, and CF development team. 

Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. 

Ongoing testing of stability and functionality of CF applications.

Handle administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks. 

Complete regular internal system audits and prepares for timely upgrades. 

Manage saleforce.com data feeds and other integrations. 

Work independently with user groups to define and document development requirements
Act as primary Salesforce Administrator for over 50+ users. 

Understand company demands and translate them into design specifications through Salesforce platform knowledge. 


REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science or Software Engineering strongly preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of Salesforce development and/or administration experience, ideally in an in-house environment.
Familiar with Salesforce customization, development, and testing.

Ability to understand complex requirements to effectively work with engineers to makes modifications.

Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification highly desired.

Creative and analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills. 

Strong understanding of Salesforce.com’s best practices and functionality.

Strong data management abilities. 

A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.

A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. 

Experience with objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and custom builds. 

Experience supporting Salesforce in a business and/or professional services environment.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification a plus. 

Salesforce certification a plus.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
