We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the mobile clinic to various locations, setting up clinics at the sites, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic on wheels.
General Tasks
1. Driving and Operating the Mobile Clinic:
- Safely drive the mobile medical clinic to designated locations.
- Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, clean, and stocked with necessary medical supplies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Safely drive shuttle van to transport patients.
2. Clinical Support:
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are properly sanitized.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, ability to pass drug testing.
- Ability to be on the road for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to function independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a medical assistant or in a similar role.
- Bi-lingual preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Specialized training required through partner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment
Work will typically be performed on the road in a mobile clinic setting.

• 80 PTO hours available after first 60 days of service.
