Mission Mobile Medical is dedicated to partnering with Federally Qualified Health Centers to deliver high-quality healthcare to underserved communities through mobile clinics. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled APRN to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) champion of mobile clinic programs, you play a pivotal role in advancing healthcare access and quality for underserved populations. Your responsibilities extend beyond providing direct patient care to include leadership, advocacy, and innovation The APRN will oversee and coordinate the efforts of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, working collaboratively to ensure the highest standards of patient care and to promote health equity. The APRN will actively engage with the community to understand their healthcare needs and barriers to accessing care
General Tasks
• Primary Care Services: Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and provide routine primary care.
• Provide administrative duties to include but not limited to opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment.
• Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routing examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Patient Assessments: Take medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Chronic Disease Management: Develop and manage treatment plans for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
• Actively participating in leadership-level planning for best growth opportunities.
• Preventive Care: Administer vaccinations, conduct health screenings, and educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles.

• Collaboration: Work with other healthcare providers, nurses, and medical assistants to deliver comprehensive care.
• Community Outreach: Participate in outreach activities to raise awareness about the mobile clinic’s services and engage with the community.
Requirements & Qualifications

•Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
Work Environment
100% Onsite
Salary & Benefits
• 80 PTO hours available after first 60 days of service.
